By creating an account or purchasing any product on GetMahiTech, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass device limits is not permitted
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Purchases and Access
- Subscription — grants access to all products during the active subscription period on up to 2 devices. Access ends when the subscription expires or is cancelled
- Lifetime purchase — grants permanent access to the specific product purchased on 1 device. This does not include future products
- Free resources — available to everyone with no purchase or account required
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or lifetime purchases under any circumstances. Before purchasing, you can:
- Browse and download all free resources without an account
- Read the full product description, features, and requirements on the detail page
- Contact us with any questions before buying
If you experience a technical issue with a product after purchase, contact us at support@getmahitech.com and we will work to resolve it.
5. Intellectual Property
- All products, source code, and resources on GetMahiTech are owned by GetMahiTech
- Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products with others
- Source code purchased may be modified for personal or commercial projects but not resold as-is
6. Device Limits
Subscription access is limited to 2 devices. Lifetime purchases are limited to 1 device. You can manage your active devices from your dashboard. Attempting to share access across more devices than permitted will result in account suspension.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may cause temporary downtime. Downtime does not entitle refunds.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
